Alquimia Mental Online offers virtual psychological support services, including: • Individual and couples therapy (50-minute sessions). • Group therapy on topics such as emotional self-regulation, overcoming loss, self-love, and relationships. • Workshops, coaching, and psychological assessments for personal and professional growth.
All services are conducted online through platforms like Zoom or Google Meet and are available exclusively in Spanish.
Our Therapists • All our psychologists are licensed professionals who have graduated from universities in Venezuela. • Each therapist has at least 20 years of experience in clinical psychology, mental health counseling, and therapeutic interventions. • Our team follows evidence-based methodologies to provide high-quality psychological care.
3. Eligibility • Our services are available to individuals over 18 years old. • Minors (ages 8-17) may participate only with parental or legal guardian consent. • By using our services, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into this agreement.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy • Payments are processed securely through PayPal, Stripe, or other authorized payment platforms. • Clients must join their session on time. The therapist will wait up to 25 minutes, but the session will still end at the scheduled time. • Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for an 80% refund. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. • Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to therapist availability.
5. Confidentiality and Data Protection
We prioritize your privacy and security. All sessions are confidential, and any personal information shared during therapy will be handled according to strict professional ethics. • Session recordings are stored for 7 days for quality control and then permanently deleted. • Alquimia Mental Online complies with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for EU clients and CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) for clients in California. • Clients may request data deletion at any time by contacting our support team.
6. Responsibilities of Clients
By using our services, clients agree to: • Respect session schedules and actively participate in therapy. • Maintain confidentiality regarding shared experiences in group sessions. • Engage in therapy with honesty and commitment to personal development.
7. Therapist Responsibilities • Provide professional and ethical psychological services. • Maintain client confidentiality and security at all times. • Offer flexible and responsive support, including rescheduling when necessary.
8. Service Limitations
Alquimia Mental Online does not provide: • Emergency crisis intervention – If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services. • Legal, medical, or psychiatric diagnoses – Our services are focused on therapeutic support and personal growth.
9. Liability and Disclaimer • Alquimia Mental Online is not responsible for technical issues, such as internet failures on the client’s end. • We are not liable for any decisions made by clients based on therapy sessions. • Our services are provided “as is,” and results may vary for each individual.
10. Modifications to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or website announcements.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
